Meet Julia, Service Operations Coordinator

This month, Julia Scott joins us as Service Operations Coordinator. In her role, Julia is first line of defense when IT tickets trouble our clients — triaging support requests as they come in, getting the right person on the job, and making sure tickets are resolved swiftly and smoothly. And with some IT chops of her own, she’s just the person for the job.

A newly-minted Lewis & Clark College Computer Science & Mathematics grad, Julia knew she wanted to choose a career that would help people use technology. Already, she’s doing just that. Julia truly understands technology and its’ impact, so she can empathize fully and communicate problems effectively, allowing us to put them to bed efficiently.

Originally a Midwesterner, when Julia moved to Portland for school, she knew she’d found her new home. On the weekends, you can catch Julia out exploring in one of the Northwest’s many gorgeous landscapes. From the beach to the mountains, she’s always down for an adventure, especially in good company. When she’s not out exploring, you can catch Julia at the perusing the local bookstore or record shop, or tucking in for a chill movie night with friends.

With her love for tech and genuine interest in helping those around her, she’s the perfect blend of technical, analytical, and personable. She’s just the person for the job.
